This is the latest Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 Professional with MSDN.  This is a FULL version, not an UPGRADE, with .Net capabilities. This is a  compressed iso file for burning to DVD. The install already has the  Product Key programmed into the setup. I do not know if it will upgrade  Visual Studio 2003. This is NOT a HACKED program, all the  program code is the original MS. The files have been tested working 100%  and I have used it to author programs for myself. Vista and XP  compatible, see below for HW requirements.[/
