Installing the game:

1.Mount image
2.Install
3.Go in the game folder
4.Run "pcsx2"
5.In window that appears, click file>run CD/DVD
6.In window that appears, go in the game folder and select the file "naruto4"
7.Play!
This is ps2 version with emulator!
